Darin Conselyea

Darin Conselyea is the Chief Human Resources Officer of MSIG USA, bringing more than 25 years of human resources and operational leadership experience across the insurance and financial services industries.

Most recently, Darin served as Head of People Operations and Talent Acquisition at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he oversaw enterprise HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR shared services, payroll, HR technology, and process optimization. He also served as Guardian’s enterprise HR risk officer and was a key contributor to the company’s technology, AI, and operational transformation initiatives.

Prior to Guardian, Darin served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ReedGroup and held senior HR leadership positions at Barclays, Prudential Financial, Selective Insurance, MetLife, and Citigroup. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives, workforce and talent strategies, and operating model redesigns across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

At MSIG USA, Darin leads the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and support the company’s continued growth as a leading data-driven specialty insurer.
