No. The report number is used by our customer service department to track your claim before it is set up in our system. A claim number will be assigned once the loss information is entered into the MSIG claim system.
Your claim takes 3-4 hours to be set up in the MSIG system. Once the claim is set up an adjuster should contact you that same day or within 24 hours. If you need assistance before the adjuster contacts you, you may call 866-676-6272 and our Customer Service department will assist you.

Yes, this is provided through the Claim Inquiry (CI) system. Adjuster/Claim notes are available along with the financial information on the claim. The system is updated nightly to capture the most current information.
Loss Runs access is provided through our Consolidated Reporting System (CRS) and is accessible via our online portal. CRS Reports can be generated in an Excel or PDF Format and the data is updated nightly.
